Nikos KOROGIANNAKIS has been practicing law in Brussels for more than 20 years and has acquired a unique trial experience having introduced or pleaded more than 140 cases before the EU Courts in Luxembourg.
He is a triple qualified lawyer at the Athens Bar Association, the Brussels Bar Association (list E) and the Luxembourg Bar Association (liste IV) and speaks Greek, English and French. He has acquired an LLB in Athens University and an LLM (Licence Spéciale) at the ULB in Brussels.
Nikos has been advising EU market leaders in the European IT industry, consulting, medical diagnostics, as well as airlines, food, aluminum and power producers, the European Commission and other EU institutions and the Greek Government
Nikos has also been advising the Greek government on Investor-State Dispute settlement and has acted in the first semester of 2014 as chairman of the Trade Policy Committee/Investment of the Council of Ministers, during the Greek Presidency.
Nikos is the author of a number of publications and carries out often presentations on different subjects in conferences and fora.
